Soudal Group, headquartered in Turnhout, Belgium has acquired CohesiveTec Pty Ltd.
Soudal is Europe’s largest independent manufacturer of sealants, adhesives and polyurethane foams. Family-owned and founded in 1966, it now trades in more than 140 countries.
CohesiveTec now shares a parent company with Soudal’s other businesses around the world, and each continues to operate independently. CohesiveTec will continue as its own business, led by the same management team. Our brands, including Tensorgrip, Sabre, HeroGrip and Aeropac, and our sites continue as they are, in market side by side with Soudal’s brands.
