As the company entered a new phase of innovation, and produced its first canisters in 2012, Ricky stepped into senior leadership to establish and scale CohesiveTec’s manufacturing capabilities. With deep experience in adhesives and advanced production systems, Ricky continues to champion innovation, operational excellence, and customer-focused growth – values that strongly align with CohesiveTec’s mission to deliver safer, faster and more sustainable bonding technologies.

Deborah is the Financial Controller at CohesiveTec, providing strategic financial leadership that underpins sound governance, operational discipline and informed decision-making across the business. She plays a critical role in shaping financial strategy, supporting growth initiatives and ensuring long-term financial stability. With deep expertise in financial systems, processes and modelling, Deb leads budgeting, forecasting, compliance and reporting while continuously strengthening the financial frameworks that support CohesiveTec’s operations. Her analytical, commercial approach enables clarity, accountability and confident decision-making which supports the group’s continued growth.

Matthew is the Global Sales & Strategy Director at CohesiveTec, leading international commercial strategy, organisational growth and cross-regional performance. He brings strong expertise in strategic leadership, complex solution development and executive management. Matthew drives initiatives that align global markets, streamline operations, and position CohesiveTec for long-term success. He also oversees the company’s R&D direction, ensuring innovation remains tightly connected to customer needs and commercial outcomes. Matthew plays a key role in shaping CohesiveTec’s global trajectory with his decisive leadership and ability to unify teams across regions.

Sheila is the Global Marketing Director at CohesiveTec bringing strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of exceeding marketing and business objectives. She leads CohesiveTec’s brand direction across the APAC region, translating technical expertise into clear, commercial value. Her strengths include developing and executing go-to-market initiatives, leading multi million dollar product launches, delivering integrated campaigns and building high-performing teams. Sheila’s leadership ensures cohesive, customer-centric marketing that strengthens brand presence and drives sustainable business growth.

Nick Dunlop is the Operations Manager at CohesiveTec, where he leads manufacturing performance, process optimisation, international supply chain direction, and day to day operational efficiency. With a strong mechanical engineering background and hands on experience across R&D and product development, Nick brings a practical, solutions driven approach to continuous improvement. Recognised for enhancing efficiency, fostering product innovation, and aligning cross functional teams within advanced manufacturing environments, Nick oversees end-to-end operational performance while championing safety, quality, and sustainable operational excellence across the organisation.

Madeline leads CohesiveTec’s Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental (HSEQ) function, ensuring the organisation operates to the highest standards of safety, compliance and performance. She oversees our Integrated Business Management System and maintains certification to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, driving continuous improvement across all sites. With a strong focus on risk reduction, compliance, continuous improvement and operational excellence, Madeline champions a culture where safety, quality, and sustainability are embedded across all aspects of CohesiveTec’s operations.
